Redefined Media is a Honolulu-based creative studio that turns storytelling into strategy. We started as a video and photo production house in 2014, and we've grown into a full content partner for brands that need to show up everywhere their audience already is, on the web, on social, in ads, and on the ground at their events.
Over the past decade we have worked with brands, nonprofits, hospitality groups, and local businesses across Hawaii to build content that actually performs. Whether it is a polished CTV spot, a quick-turn Reel, or an ongoing social presence, we bring the same crew-driven, story-first approach to every project. We are excited to put together a structure that fits the way your team works and grows with you over time.
What we're covering.
CTV Ads / Brand and Promotional Video (60 to 90 seconds)
A professionally produced brand or promotional video built for connected TV, YouTube, or paid social placement. Includes concept development, pre-production planning, a half-day on-site shoot with one shooter and one producer, post-production editing, licensed music, up to two rounds of revisions, and final delivery in broadcast and web formats. Pricing is scope-dependent and typically ranges from $3,000 to $5,000. Longer shoot days, additional crew, motion graphics, or voice-over are billed separately.
Reels / Short-Form Social Video Series
Vertical and square short-form videos built for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Includes pre-production, a half-day shoot with one shooter, editing, captions or text overlays as needed, and delivery in platform-ready formats. Pricing typically ranges from $1,000 to $2,000 per video or series depending on the number of pieces, shoot time, and complexity. Additional cuts and reformats are billed at our standard add-on rate.
Stories / Event Coverage (Photo and Video)
On-site event documentation combining photo and video into a complete coverage package. Full coverage (photo gallery plus edited video recap) is priced at $3,500 for approximately three hours with one shooter and one producer. Video-only event coverage with a recap edit starts at $2,000. Photo-only event coverage with edited and delivered images starts at $1,500. Rush delivery, additional shooters, or extended coverage time are available as add-ons.
Photos / Photography and Content Days
Dedicated photo shoots for brand assets, product, team portraits, lifestyle, or content library building. Includes one shooter, on-site direction, culling, color correction, and final delivery of edited images. Pricing typically ranges from $1,000 to $2,000 depending on shoot duration, number of locations, and deliverable count. A half-day content shoot with one shooter and one producer falls comfortably within this range.
Graphics / Social Media and Promotional Collateral
Social media graphics, event collateral, and promotional design are not currently a core offering at Redefined Media. For clients with ongoing retainer relationships we are happy to discuss referrals or limited graphic support on a case-by-case basis. Pricing and scope would be determined at that time.

A few things worth flagging up front.
All rates listed are estimates based on a standard half-day shoot with one shooter and one producer. Final pricing is always confirmed after a brief scope conversation.
Travel outside of the greater Honolulu metro area may incur additional mileage or logistics fees, confirmed in advance.
Retainer clients receive a 25 percent discount on any add-on deliverables outside of the monthly scope.
Graphics and design work are not currently a standard offering. Please reach out to discuss options on a project-by-project basis.
